Tuition is due on the 15th of each month—the first payment is due August 15, 2011, (please mail payment to P.O. Box 391 Chelsea, MI 48118) with the last payment due April 15, 2012.
If tuition payments are two consecutive months late, cancellation of membership may result.
*If you have more than one child enrolled in the Co-op at the same time, there is a $20.00 discount to the monthly tuition total.
**If a member voluntarily cancels membership prior to September 1, 2011, the Co-op will refund up to half of the paid tuition for September. After September 1, 2011, the September tuition payment becomes non-refundable.
Fees: (Payable to the Chelsea Children’s Co-op)
Registration: $25.00 for one child, plus $5.00 for each additional child, due with application. This is non-refundable.
Field Trip: $30.00 for each child enrolled, due at orientation. This covers all field trips throughout the school year.
Late Fee: $5.00 is to be added if tuition payment is after the 25th of the month.
