Thank you, everyone, for all that you have done to help!

There’s a sad sort of clanging

From the clock in the halls

From the bells in the steeple, too

And up in the nursery

An absurd little bird

Is popping out to say coo-coo

Regretfully they tell us

But firmly they compel us

To say goodbye

So long, farewell

Auf Wiedersehen, Goodbye!

We have come to the end of another incredible year at the co-op. It has been a marvelous journey! And always so impressive and proud to see families come together the way we do to keep the co-op running smoothly for the betterment of our children’s education. The co-op has been running for over 40 years, and none of it could happen without the amazing parents and all of their hard work in cooperating together and running the school, from assisting in the classroom to collaborating on fundraisers to being board members making sure all finances are in order and the kids have everything they need to get the best learning experience, right down to the paper towels. No matter how small a task, every little bit helps our community. Truly, you all deserve a round of applause!

Thank you, everyone, for all that you have done to help!

While we come to an end of the year, please know that the co-op doesn’t just stop functioning once school is out of session. We have more things to come and prepare for over the summer to not only allow us and our children to continue the bonds we have developed but also continue funding the school to pay for the summer rent/storage expenses.  Please keep in mind we will be participating in fundraisers to pay our rent over the summer, so any participation you can afford to give this summer will be appreciated.  Emails and Facebook posts will go out regarding events as they come up.

To draw the school year to a close, we will be having our annual ice cream social at Timbertown on Wednesday, May 18 from 5-7pm. We hope that you all can make it! Please bring a dish to pass, your own eating utensils and dishes, as well as something to drink. In lieu of poor weather, an email will go out to notify everyone of a possible location change. Either way, rain or shine, we will eat some ice cream!

Thank you, and have a wonderful summer! Best,
